Privacy policy
Our commitment
We are committed to your privacy, and conduct our business according to the principles below so that the confidentiality of personal information is protected and maintained.
We will not sell, share or rent your personal information to others in any way.
We recognise the importance of protecting visitor information, especially because enquiries to this business can be sensitive.
What we collect
When you use an enquiry form, we collect the name, contact detail and message you choose to provide. The website sends that information to our private reception mailbox; it is not added to a marketing list or a website customer database.
Information you provide by form, phone, text or email is used to answer your enquiry and arrange any requested service. Authorised staff keep it only for as long as it is reasonably needed for that purpose or to meet a legal obligation.
Website technology
The age confirmation is stored only in your browser using local or session storage. Our hosting provider processes ordinary technical request logs needed to operate and secure the site. Interactive maps are not loaded automatically. If you choose to load one, your browser makes a request to Google and Google’s privacy terms apply.
When we may disclose information
We use service providers, including our website host and email delivery provider, only as needed to operate the website and deliver enquiries. We may also disclose information where required by law, or where reasonably necessary to protect a person, our rights or our property.
Changes to this policy
We may make changes to this privacy policy and will publish them on this page. We do not circulate the policy other than at this link, so please check back for updates.
